When I first stepped into Dr. Li’s classroom, I had no idea what to expect. I took the shuttle van to Rockville as I live in Clarksville. I hoped the drive would be worth it. It was. Every class began with an hour-long mock exam followed by a review period where we could ask questions. I really enjoyed taking Dr. Li’s prep class and felt as if it was vital to my success on the test. I remember feeling skeptical when I first came into class since there was only a practice test on my desk - no notes, readings, theorems, etc. However, over the course of the next several weeks, I became accustomed to the format of each class, which was run very efficiently with time after each practice test to review. Dr. Li's Math & English Academy was one of the best academic experiences I've had. The teachers were incredible and the environment was supportive, and I was able to learn so much in a short amount of time to help me prepare for AP exams. I was feeling behind and unprepared for AP Calculus BC, and attending Dr. Li's prep class made me much more confident. I would strongly recommend this academy to anyone.

I scored a 5 on my AP US Government and Politics course and would highly recommend to take AP prep courses at Dr. Li’s coaching center. The courses are structured and tailored to teach the concepts. I first began attending M&E Academy in elementary school, and the classes I attended were very high quality and useful, and they were great because I could attend the classes that suited my level. If the American public school system just isn't quite doing it for your children, I'd really recommend M&E Academy, especially for elementary school students.During middle school and high school I wasn't able to attend M&E Academy regularly due to time conflicts, but I did attend the AP Prep sessions offered there. Dr. Li's AP Prep Classes really helped me prepare for my exams. I took his AP Precalculus course and his practice exams helped me self-study for one exam and get a 5 on it.  It was difficult to self-study for the exam on my own as there was little resources on AP Precalculus online, as it is a new exam. Dr. Li was able to give me the information and practice I needed. The content in his classes actually applied to the exam, as some of the questions were the exact format of those I was tested on. Over the course of two years, I've taken 6 AP prep courses at M&E:  Calc BC,  US Gov,  Physics C Mech,  English Lang,  Spanish Lang, and  World History.  I ended up scoring 5's all all but World (which was frankly affected by outside factors during exam day). The facility is nice, quiet, and not crowded at all, and the instructors were responsible and approachable, ensuring that the students both understood the concepts taught and that the students had the capability to achieve their goals on the exams.The courses lead up to right before the exams, allowing me to have these topics fresh [...]
